Is there a minimum order value?
We have no minimum order value.
What are your payment terms?
New customers are offered pro forma terms. Once established we offer 30 days net payment for all approved customers.
What is your returns policy?
We stand by our quality and hope you love your selected stock. Please check all stock on arrival, in the rare circumstance there may be minor imperfections on products, we can either replace or offer credit on your account for future use. Where applicable textile products can be uplifted and repaired in line with our sustainability policy.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer carriage paid on all U.K orders over £150. Any orders under that value will be billed on a case by case basis. International orders will have delivery confirmed for the customer before shipping.
Where are you products manufactured?
Our products are designed in the Glasgow, Scotland and manufactured by our partners in China and Turkey. We also have a selection of Made in Scotland products.
Do you use faux fur?
Yes all applicable products use faux fur. We do not support the use of real fur in any of our current textile ranges.
How can I see pricing?
The easiest way to see all pricing is to register for B2B wave our wholesale ordering platform. Once registered you can access pricing and manage past and current orders.
Can I add additional items to my order?
Yes, If received within 24hrs we can combine shipments. After 24hrs however this would likely ship as a separate order and be subject to carriage if the order is under £150.
